As a CPI Discount Club member, service calls placed during normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) will be waived when our technician is contracted to perform the necessary repairs. However, if you choose not to contract with us for the repairs, you will be charged a normal Service Call Fee.
- Emergency Service 24/7
Get service when you need it. Creech’s Plumbing only handles emergency plumbing service calls outside of normal business hours for CPI Discount Club Members. Premium dispatch service call fee applied.
- Overtime Price Protection
We charge by the job, not by the hour to save our customers money. You will still receive our Preferred Pricing rates even on nights and weekends.
- Free Pass to the Front of the Line!
As a CPI Discount Club member, you go to the front of the line and to the top of our appointment book if you ever need plumbing service. You will be listed as a “priority” customer and will never have to wait for more than 2 hours for our team of experts to arrive at your home.
- Extended Warranty
All repairs covered under our standard one-year warranty will be Extended for an additional year. As long as there is no lapse in your CPI Discount Club membership and your plumbing system is inspected by our trained technicians. Manufacturer’s warranties on items installed by Creech’s Plumbing will be serviced by us to retain warranty.
- Maintenance Documentation
Should you decide to sell your home, you will have documentation that your existing equipment has been properly maintained and is in good working order. This can save you a major headache come inspection time. The buyer will appreciate this type of documentation and feel confident buying your home knowing you are a conscientious homeowner.
- FREE Annual Plumbing Inspection (a $200 value)
Each year you will receive a thorough plumbing system inspection for your peace of mind. If any problems are uncovered that need repairing, you will be guaranteed our Special Preferred Pricing – Saving You Money!
Our comprehensive inspection includes testing and adjustments of piping, fixtures, and connections including:
- Inspect and adjust all toilets for smooth, leak-free operation
- Inspect all piping below bathroom and kitchen sinks for potential water damage
- Inspect drains above and below all sinks for leaks and clogs
- Inspect all exposed water lines for any damage
- Inspect and test each emergency shut-off value under the sinks, toilets, water heater and the main water shut-off. The technician will show you the location of your emergency water shut-off valve.
- Inspect and thoroughly test washing machine hoses and values
- Bio-Clean Treatment: One Bio-Clean Treatment (a $99 value) is included with your CPI Discount Club Membership.
- Water Heater Inspection: Your technician will ensure the thermostat is set at the proper temperature and visually check the temperature and Pressure Relief Value for safe operation and corrosion-free
- Faucets: Your technician will inspect all faucets throughout your home for leaks and corrosion. We will visually inspect stems, cartridges and rubber seals for ease of operation. We will clean the aerators on all faucets for proper water flow.
- Toilets: Your technician will inspect the toilet bowl and tank for any leaks and proper flushing action. We will check the water-measuring device for proper adjustment along with the flapper or tank ball for proper water seal. The float ball, overflow tube and any linkage will be adjusted and set to the manufacturer’s specifications. We will lubricate and adjust the flush lever.
