Service was great. They arrived in the window they said they would be here in. They were professional and courteous. The estimated price was spot on with no hidden charges. Didn't try to up sale things that were not needed. Actually showed me the issues they found with quotes to fix them if I wanted. They didn't use scare tactics making you feel like it had to be done immediately or else. Overall very pleased.

Called Creech's to pump out our septic tank, going to have them fix our older system. After telling them about my issue they got to work figuring out what was going on and what it was going to take to fix it. They showed and explained what my issue was then told my what needed to be done. Less than a week later they were back, they worked quickly and thoroughly, cleaned up when the job was done and actually came in below the initial estimate. My septic system seems to be back to functioning properly, couldn't be more pleased. Creech's are true professionals.
