Your responsibilities will include driving and operating a septic pump truck, locating, and excavating septic tank lids and components, conducting thorough septic system inspections, and utilizing your troubleshooting skills to diagnose system issues. You will be expected to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers, as well as perform repairs and installations in a team setting. An essential part of your role will be to document job information and inspections and work independently with minimal supervision.

To be considered for this role, you should have a solid understanding of septic systems and possess a current CDL Class A license with driving experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and proficient in using technology, particularly iPads, for managing work orders, presenting estimates, invoicing, and collecting payments. Physical capabilities to lift a minimum of 65lbs, dig up septic tank lids, and pull hoses are essential. Additionally, excellent communication and sales skills are vital for effectively interacting with customers.
